Edition 2025 — Gnoc de Cola

In summer 2025, the Sagra Gnoc de Cola animated Villa di Lozio, Valle Camonica, with traditional Camun gnoc de cola served for lunch and dinner, in a village festival dedicated to the authentic flavours of the Brescia mountains.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra Gnoc de Cola confirmed the tradition of the gastronomic festival in Lozio, Valle Camonica. In Villa di Lozio, during lunches and dinners, visitors were able to enjoy gnoc de cola, dumplings of flour, eggs, and bread dressed with cheese and melted butter, a symbol of humble Camun cuisine.

Amidst good food and conviviality, the festival brought together the Lozio community and many fans of traditional gastronomy, reaffirming the deep bond between the village and its signature dish.
