Sagra di Santa Giustina

The 2025 edition of the Sagra di Santa Giustina was held in Roana from October 3 to 5, in a special year that coincided with the centenary of the church's consecration. Pro Roana enlivened the square with three days of festivities blending gastronomy and Cimbrian tradition.

The food stand offered gnocchi with ragù, butter and sage, or gorgonzola and walnuts, the BBQ Cimbro sandwich, pinsa romana, and a dish of tosella, polenta, and porcini mushrooms. The evenings were enlivened by live music, while Sunday featured mass in honour of the patron saint, in an event that rediscovers the village's Cimbrian roots.
