Edition 2025 — Sagra di' Bollito
The 2025 edition of the Sagra di' Bollito brought the most authentic flavors of Tuscan peasant cuisine to Pelago, in the Valdisieve, in the heart of winter. As per tradition, the festival took place indoors at the Giorgio La Pira Pastoral Center, with dinner service on Saturday and lunch on Sunday.
The menu featured lesso rifatto and gran bollito misto, accompanied by tortellini in broth, chicken liver crostini, green sauce, and homemade desserts. The event reaffirmed the town's bond with traditional recipes and the conviviality of winter gatherings.
