Sagra dello Stinco Cotto nel Forno a Legna

The 2025 edition of the Sagra dello Stinco Cotto nel Forno a Legna (Festival of Pork Knuckle Cooked in a Wood-Fired Oven) confirmed the summer appointment in Parrano, a village in the province of Terni. In the Parco Pubblico Vittorio Valletta, the pork knuckle cooked in a wood-fired oven was once again the star, accompanied by the typical Umbrian specialties offered by the stalls.

Organized by the Polisportiva Parrano Calcio (Parrano Football Sports Club), the event combined good food, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from the nearby towns of the Orvieto area and reaffirming itself as one of the most delicious events of the Parrano summer.
