Edition 2025 — Sagra dello Gnocco Fritto
The 2025 edition of the Sagra dello Gnocco Fritto took place at the Area Feste in Bisuschio on the two weekends of July 4-6 and 11-12, featuring Emilian gnocco fritto, cured meats, and squacquerone, along with a rich program of live music, in support of civil protection.
The 2025 festival animated the Area Feste in Bisuschio over two weekends, with gnocco fritto served with cured meats, cheeses, and squacquerone. The music program featured The Raw Boys (folk/blues), Mojo Working (blues rock'n'roll), and a DJ set with pop music, followed by the Scottish folk band Lionheads and Folk Heads to close. The event, curated by the Nucleo Mobile di Pronto Intervento with the Gruppo Alpini, combined taste, music, and solidarity.
