Edition 2025 — Sagra della Ventricina
The Sagra della Ventricina was held in summer 2025 in Montenero di Bisaccia, with tastings of the famous PAT cured meat of Molise, food stalls, and musical entertainment, in an evening dedicated to the charcuterie tradition of Basso Molise.
In 2025, the Sagra della Ventricina renewed its tribute in Montenero di Bisaccia (CB) to the town's most renowned cured meat. Amidst tastings, food stalls, and live music, the event celebrated the ventricina — a PAT product of Molise still handcrafted — and with it, the peasant culture and authentic flavours of Basso Molise.
