Edition 2025 — Sagra della Vacca Argentina
In 2025, the Sagra della Vacca Argentina once again brought Argentine-style barbecued beef to Colle dell'Orso, in the Frosolone mountains, during an August filled with sagre and festivals.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Vacca Argentina was held, as tradition dictates, in August at Colle dell'Orso, on the Frosolone (IS) plateau. Chefs cooked beef on large grills in the Argentine style, serving it outdoors in the mountain setting. The sagra confirmed its place in the village's summer calendar, alongside other gastronomic and craft events throughout August.
