Edition 2025 — Sagra della Trota
In 2025, the Sagra della Trota in Rezzo once again celebrated the Giara stream trout at Giardini La Pagoda, with Ligurian cuisine dishes and local wines, confirming it as the longest-running event in the Arroscia Valley.
In 2025, the Sagra della Trota enlivened Rezzo with its traditional festival at Giardini La Pagoda. Local fishermen and the Pro Loco offered fresh Giara stream trout along with Ligurian cuisine dishes and local wines. The festival, established in 1968, renewed the village's connection with the valley's waters and its gastronomic identity.
