Edition 2025 — Sagra della Torta al Testo
In 2025, the Sagra della Torta al Testo cotta sotto la cenere enlivened the hamlet of Sant'Egidio, in Perugia, from August 1 to 10. Under the large marquee in via del Deltapiano, ASD APS Sant'Egidio revived the Torta al Testo cooked traditionally under the ashes, accompanied by appetizers, first courses, second courses, Umbrian wines, cheeses, and desserts — including Torta al Testo with Nutella. Evenings were filled with live music and dancing, with dinner requiring mandatory reservation to ensure a table for all attendees.
