Edition 2025 — Sagra della Selvaggina
The Sagra della Selvaggina 2025 was held on Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 24th at the festival area in via G. Pascoli, in Fabiasco di Cugliate-Fabiasco. The Comitato Feste Fabiasco offered the traditional menu: polenta with roe deer, wild boar, deer, and donkey, pasta with game and ragù, and a mixed grill. Polenta, the main dish, was served with rich game sauces.
Saturday dinner was accompanied by live music, while Sunday was dedicated to lunch. A covered pavilion ensured the festival could take place even in case of bad weather, with entertainment for all ages.
