Edition 2025 — Sagra della Polenta Taragna

In 2025, the Sagra della Polenta Taragna in Spirano celebrated its tenth edition at the PalaSpirà, with the traditional formula over several autumn weekends. Polenta taragna with Branzi cheese was the star of the menu, accompanied each evening by music, markets, and entertainment, in one of the most popular gastronomic events of the Bergamo autumn.

The 2025 edition marked the tenth edition of the Sagra della Polenta Taragna at the PalaSpirà in Spirano (BG). The event confirmed its formula over several autumn weekends, with polenta taragna - corn, buckwheat, and Branzi cheese - at the centre of the menu.

Also in 2025, the kitchen was open every evening, with lunch service on Sundays, and the evenings were accompanied by music, DJ sets, markets, and entertainment for children, attracting visitors from all over the province.
