In 2025 too, the Sagra della Polenta di Doues animated the area next to the sports field with its tried-and-tested formula: polenta as the star of the table among concia, gnocchi with ragù, and Aosta Valley crepes, 6-a-side football and palet tournaments, children's entertainment, and free dancing evenings. A genuine village festival, organised by the Pro Loco of Doues.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Polenta di Doues confirmed the formula that makes the festival an anticipated event in the Gran San Bernardo valley. In the Pro Loco area next to the sports field, the 6-a-side football tournament, the pairs palet tournament, and the gastronomic evenings featuring polenta in all its variations alternated: polenta concia, polenta gnocchi with ragù, Aosta Valley crepes with grilled Saint-Oyen ham, and cornmeal-based desserts. There was also entertainment for the little ones, with bouncy castles and face painting, and free dancing evenings that concluded both days, in a deeply community atmosphere.
