Edition 2025 — Sagra della Polenta Bianca
In 2025, the Sagra della Polenta Bianca once again enlivened Erli with its typical dish, the white polenta of Val Neva, featuring gastronomic stands, live music, and tradition, confirming the long history of the event organized by the Pro Loco Val di Neva.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Polenta Bianca renewed the gastronomic tradition of Erli, in the heart of Val Neva. At the village's Sports Field, the Pro Loco stands offered white polenta with its characteristic topping, along with other Ligurian specialties, during evenings accompanied by live music.
The event reaffirmed its role as an authentic gathering in the Savona hinterland, capable of attracting visitors from the entire province around a signature dish.
