Edition 2025 — Sagra della Pansarola
In 2025, the Sagra della Pansarola e dello Zabaione once again enlivened Apricale in September, with the tasting of the sweet fritter prepared by the village women and accompanied by zabaione. The festival, active since 1962, confirmed its role as a delicious and identity-affirming event in the narrow streets of one of Italy's most beautiful villages.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Pansarola e dello Zabaione renewed the delicious tradition in Apricale that has celebrated the village's signature dessert since 1962. Amidst the narrow streets of the historic centre, the tasting of the pansarola accompanied by zabaione drew visitors and residents, in a day of celebration that blends taste, conviviality, and peasant memory. An event that tells the authentic soul of this town in the Imperia hinterland.
