Edition 2025 — Sagra della Lumaca

In the summer of 2025, the Sagra della Lumaca in Cantalupo di Bevagna renewed its appointment with traditional cuisine based on the aspersa snail. The Pro Loco Cantalupo Castelbuono offered the traditional menu for ten evenings, accompanied by local oil and wine, with exhibitions and crafts at the Centro Polivalente.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Lumaca confirmed the formula that made Cantalupo di Bevagna famous as "the village of the snail." The Pro Loco Cantalupo Castelbuono served specialties based on lumaca aspersa (aspersa snail), native to the area, along with other peasant dishes and local products every evening.

Throughout the event, the Centro Polivalente hosted exhibitions and displays of local crafts and products, reaffirming the festival as one of the most cherished gastronomic events in the Umbrian valley, in the province of Perugia.
