Edition 2025 — Sagra della Granocchia

The Sagra della Granocchia was held in Capanne di Perugia from July 4 to 13, 2025. Ten evenings dedicated to frogs and typical local dishes, featuring Umbricelli alla Capannese, fried and stewed frogs, a gluten-free menu, music for dancing, folklore, and popular games for the whole family.

In 2025, the Sagra della Granocchia e dei Piatti Tipici Locali livened up the hamlet of Capanne, in Perugia, from July 4 to 13. The Pro Loco Capanne offered its usual ten-evening format, with frogs and Umbricelli alla Capannese at the heart of the menu, a selection of gluten-free options in collaboration with AIC Umbria, and a program that combined music for dancing, folklore, children's activities, and traditional popular games, reaffirming the festival as one of the most beloved summer events in the Perugia area.
