Sagra della Favò di Ozein

The Sagra della Favò 2025 was held on July 26 and 27 in the village of Ozein, a hamlet of Aymavilles, organized by the Pro Loco of Aymavilles, the association La Tornalla d'Ozein, and the Municipality. The festival began on Saturday, July 26, at 7:00 PM with the "Ozeinta Veillà", the traditional village gathering, followed by dinner featuring Favò and grilled ham, and an evening dance with the orchestra Maria Ravera. On Sunday, July 27, the program included the mini hill climb of Leudze at 11:30 AM, lunch, children's entertainment, a mass in the afternoon, and an evening dinner. A new feature for this edition was the collaboration with the "Jambon alla Brace" Association of Saint-Oyen, which served grilled ham for lunch and dinner paired with the Favò, highlighting two gastronomic excellences of the Aosta Valley Region.
