Edition 2025 — Sagra della Farinata di Pegli

In 2025, the Sagra della Farinata di Pegli once again brought the aromas of freshly baked farinata to the Genoese seafront, with the historic fainotti at work in the wood-fired ovens. The event, spread over several weekends between spring and autumn on Largo Calasetta, confirmed its long tradition and strong roots in the Pegli community.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Farinata di Pegli renewed one of the longest-standing gastronomic events in the western part of Genoa. On Largo Calasetta along the seafront, the historic fainotti prepared farinata in wood-fired ovens over several weekends distributed throughout the year.

Organized by Pro Loco Pegli, the festival confirmed its character as a neighbourhood celebration, combining the promotion of a symbolic product of Ligurian cuisine with the conviviality of the Pegli seafront.
