Edition 2025 — Sagra della Castagna

In autumn 2025, the traditional Sagra della Castagna di Erve, organised by Pro Erve, was held again. As every year, the October Sunday offered a themed lunch with chestnut-based dishes, roasted chestnuts with mulled wine in the afternoon, artisan markets, and musical accompaniment in the centre of the village in the Valle San Martino.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Castagna di Erve confirmed the success of a much-loved festival in the smallest municipality of the Valle San Martino, in the province of Lecco.

The day, organised by Pro Erve, combined gastronomy and tradition: lunch with chestnut-based dishes, roasted chestnuts and mulled wine in the afternoon, artisan markets along the village streets, and musical moments. An event that attracts visitors from neighbouring towns every year, drawn by the authentic atmosphere and the mountain setting.
