Sunday, August 10, 2025, the 27th Sagra della Capra was held in Montefalcone nel Sannio: tasting of local goat from 8:00 PM, cheese-making demonstrations in the afternoon, and an evening of celebration, organized by Pro Loco Maronea and Sagre nel Centro Sud.
The 27th Sagra della Capra in Montefalcone nel Sannio was held on Sunday, August 10, 2025. The proven formula was confirmed: in the afternoon, cheese-making demonstrations, from 8:00 PM, stands for tasting the local goat, and in the evening, music and conviviality. The event, organized by Pro Loco Maronea with the support of Sagre nel Centro Sud, attracted visitors from all over lower Molise to rediscover the flavors of the pastoral tradition of ancient Maronea.
