Sagra della Cannelletta

The 58th Sagra della Cannelletta enlivened Castel Viscardo in August 2025, confirming the success of one of the most beloved festivals in the Orvieto area. A record-breaking edition in terms of winery participation: eleven local realities offered their wines, a number never reached before.

On the table, the great classics of the sagra: cannelletta, fried tortuccia, and umbrichelli, along with other dishes from peasant cuisine. The evenings were enlivened by musical performances aimed at making the audience sing and dance, in an atmosphere of celebration that involved the entire community, under the coordination of the Pro Loco of Castel Viscardo.
