Edition 2025 — Sagra della Canaiola
The Sagra della Canaiola took place in Pretola, Perugia, from September 19th to 28th, 2025. Ten evenings dedicated to Canaiola wine and typical Umbrian products, with food stalls along the Tiber, at the foot of the medieval tower, and a program of dancing, live music, and theatre.
In 2025, the Sagra della Canaiola e dei Prodotti Tipici dell'Umbria enlivened the hamlet of Pretola, in Perugia, from September 19th to 28th. The Associazione per Pretola APS revived the established format that combines Canaiola wine with traditional Umbrian dishes — tagliatelle with goose sauce, pappardelle with wild boar, lamb — with evenings of dancing, live music, and theatrical performances in the picturesque setting of the medieval tower along the Tiber.
