Edition 2025 — Sagra della Caldarrosta
In 2025, the hamlet of Buggio once again hosted the Sagra della Caldarrosta, featuring roasted chestnuts from the Val Nervia woods, autumn dishes, and entertainment in the village alleys, confirming one of the longest-standing events in the Pigna hinterland.
In 2025, the Sagra della Caldarrosta enlivened Buggio with the distribution of caldarroste (roasted chestnuts) and traditional autumn dishes. The chestnuts from the historic groves of Val Nervia, a symbol of the mountain economy of these villages, were the stars. The festival, in the heart of the Ligurian Alps Park, reaffirmed the community's strong bond with its territory.
