On August 11, 2025, Montemurro hosted the 11th Sagra dell'Olio Extravergine di Oliva, starting at 8:00 PM. An enogastronomic trail through the historic centre featuring tastings of oil and typical products, comedians, and live music on a Val d'Agri night.
The 11th edition of the Sagra dell'Olio Extravergine di Oliva di Montemurro took place on Monday, August 11, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM. The historic centre of the village came alive with the usual enogastronomic trail, tastings of local extra virgin oil and traditional peasant dishes, accompanied by shows by comedians and live music. A night that confirmed the event as one of the most beloved of the summer in Val d'Agri, following the 10th edition held on August 11, 2024.
