The Ferragosto festival of Monastier
The Sagra dell'Assunta is the big summer festival of Monastier di Treviso, in the Marca Trevigiana region, dedicated to the Assumption of Mary on August 15th. For about a week, Piazza Vittoria becomes the heart of the event, organized by the Comitato Sagra dell'Assunta.
Food, music, and shows
The food stand, open every evening, offers typical local dishes, while from 9 PM onwards, there are shows and live music. A proven formula that combines good food, dancing, and entertainment for all ages.
A community festival
For decades, the Sagra dell'Assunta has attracted residents of Monastier and neighboring towns, confirming itself as a landmark of the Treviso summer and an occasion for families, young people, and older people to gather in Piazza Vittoria.

The 54th edition of the Sagra dell'Assunta enlivens Piazza Vittoria in Monastier di Treviso from August 13 to 19, 2026, around the Ferragosto holiday.
The food stand, open every evening from 7:00 PM, offers typical traditional dishes, while from 9:00 PM onwards, shows and live music take place. A week of celebration for the entire community, organized by the Comitato Sagra dell'Assunta.
