Edition 2025 — Sagra dell'Alborella

The 14th edition of the Sagra dell'Alborella took place from July 4 to 6, 2025, in Piazza Leonardo da Vinci in Candia Lomellina. Three days of taste and Lomellina tradition, with fried alborelle and those in carpione as the stars, along with grilled meats, beer, and musical evenings for all generations.

The 2025 edition opened on Friday, July 4th, with a Latin evening, dedicated to dancing and exotic atmospheres. Saturday, July 5th, featured the duo Eli & Fabry with Novalive, a musical show for all ages. Sunday, July 6th, the sagra concluded with events at lunch and dinner, animated by Tino Balsamello & Il Krenna, and with the first edition of the human foosball tournament.

The kitchen, open every evening from 7:30 PM and for lunch on Sundays, offered the classic fried alborelle and those in carpione, accompanied by mixed grill and grilled pork.
