Edition 2025 — Sagra del Torchio

The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Torchio di Palanzo renewed the tradition of grape pressing with the ancient 1572 lever press, in the hamlet of Faggeto Lario on Lake Como. Amidst demonstrations of must production, typical Larian food stalls, new wine, and artisan markets, the festival attracted visitors from all over the Como area.

The Sagra del Torchio di Palanzo confirmed its charm in 2025 as well, reactivating the ancient 1572 lever press in the hamlet of Palanzo, Faggeto Lario, on Lake Como.

The demonstration of grape pressing and must production according to ancient tradition, the food stalls with polenta, cured meats, and cheeses, the new wine, and the artisan markets animated the village streets, confirming the festival as one of the most characteristic autumn events in the Larian Triangle.
