A neighbourhood festival for the Saint
The Sagra del Santo of the Babelli Ferrari neighbourhood is one of the most cherished events of the summer in Camposampiero (Padua). Organised by the Comitato Babelli Ferrari, the festival takes place in the Cordenons car park and is held to celebrate Saint Anthony, in a territory deeply connected to the figure of the Saint thanks to the nearby Santuari Antoniani (Antonine Sanctuaries).
Gastronomy, games, and tradition
The heart of the festival is the food stand, featuring traditional Venetian cuisine and fish dishes. Alongside the food, the programme includes traditional wooden games from the "L'arte del gioco" (The Art of the Game) exhibition, designed for families, a briscola tournament, and tombola evenings. There are also festive moments for adults and children alike.
The link with the Antonian solemnity
The festival accompanies the solemnity of Saint Anthony, with inaugural masses, the entrustment of children to the Saint, and a procession with the relic. A blend of conviviality and devotion that makes the Sagra del Santo an identity festival for the neighbourhood and for the entire community of the Camposampierese area.

The Sagra del Santo of the Babelli Ferrari neighbourhood returns to Camposampiero from June 5 to 14, 2026, with two weekends of festivities at the Cordenons car park. Tradition and good food, including a food stand, games, and religious moments linked to the solemnity of Saint Anthony on June 13.

The festival is spread over two weekends (June 5-14, 2026) with the usual structure documented by previous editions:
- Food stand with traditional Venetian cuisine and fish dishes, as well as options for everyone like hamburgers and fries
- "L'arte del gioco": traditional wooden games for families
- Games evening with briscola tournament and tombola with prizes
- Religious moments for the solemnity of Saint Anthony (June 13): masses, entrustment of children to the Saint, procession with the relic
