Edition 2025 — Sagra del Salame d'Oca di Mortara

The 58th edition of the Sagra del Salame d'Oca di Mortara took place in the last week of September 2025, culminating on Sunday, September 28th. Four days of food stalls, the Waterfowl Exhibition, a Renaissance procession, and the 52nd Palio Città di Mortara among the six city districts.

The 2025 edition, the 58th, confirmed the success of the Mortara event. The stalls in the historic center offered the IGP Goose Salami of Mortara with traditional Lomellina menus, while the concluding Sunday saw the Renaissance historical procession with the Flag-throwers Group of Mortara and the court of Ludovico il Moro and Beatrice d'Este. The day ended with the 52nd Palio Città di Mortara among the six city districts and the usual Provincial Waterfowl Exhibition with over 200 specimens of geese and ducks.
