Edition 2025 — Sagra del Risotto del Pilastro

In 2025, the Sagra del Risotto of the Pilastro district returned in September in Este, on the occasion of the Feast of the Blessed Virgin of the Pillar, with the food stand dedicated to risottos, evenings of music and dancing, a painting exhibition, and a lottery. A neighbourhood festival much followed by the Este community.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Risotto del Pilastro, in Este, confirmed the success of the formula that combines devotion and gastronomy. The stand, in collaboration with chefs from Isola della Scala (Verona), offered risottos in numerous variations, accompanied by evening entertainment and family-friendly activities. The event is organised by the Parish of Pilastro in the province of Padua.
