In 2025, the Sagra del Risotto al Pesce Persico once again enlivened Cremia's lakefront, with free tastings of Lake Como's signature dish, stands of local producers, and live music, on an evening celebrating Larian gastronomic tradition overlooking the water.
The 2025 Sagra del Risotto al Pesce Persico confirmed its role as a delicious event on the Upper Lake Como. On the Cremia lakefront, the Academy of Risotto al Pesce Persico offered free tastings of the famous risotto, prepared with fresh lake fish, accompanied by stands of local producers and live music, in a celebration that promotes Larian gastronomic traditions.
