Edition 2025 — Sagra del Pesce

In July 2025, the Sagra del Pesce di Alserio returned after a break, brought back to its origins by the Pro Loco with a menu entirely dedicated to lake fish, a stone's throw from the shores of Alserio.

The 2025 edition marked the return of the Sagra del Pesce di Alserio after a setback. The Pro Loco, under new leadership, chose to bring the event back to its roots, focusing on a menu that exclusively showcases lake fish: from penne with lake ragù to fish in carpione, from mixed fried fish to baked salmon trout.

The return of the festival, founded in 1966 along with the Pro Loco itself, confirmed the strong bond between the community of Alserio, its lake, and this fifty-year-old gastronomic tradition.
