The 2025 edition

The 51st edition was held from September 5th to 7th, 2025. On Friday the 5th, the opening was in the Carpini area, with a visit to the "Carpini Museum" Visitor Centre and the Riparo Ranaldi rock paintings, gastronomic entertainment, and a concert by Duetto Lucano. On Saturday the 6th, in the centre of Filiano, the stalls opened, with guided tastings in Piazza S.S. Rosario curated by the Hospitality Institute of Melfi and AIS Basilicata, and a folk show by I Picarielli. On Sunday the 7th, the "Casaro's Lunch" was held at Villa Mancini, followed by a parade with a travelling band, the making of the "treccia" for the 51st edition, and a concert by Agostino Gerardi in Piazza Autonomia.
