Edition 2025 — Sagra del Fagiolo di Sarconi

The 44th edition of the Sagra del Fagiolo IGP di Sarconi was held on August 18-19, 2025, in Piazza Municipio. The event's testimonial was Eleonora Pedron, with a concert by Terraross on the first night and Roy Paci & Aretuska on the second, a show cooking by chef Valeria Raciti, and a closing party with Ibiza Live Time.

The 44th edition of the Sagra del Fagiolo IGP di Sarconi took place on August 18 and 19, 2025, in Piazza Municipio, confirming the event's success with the usual gastronomic trail featuring the IGP bean, from appetizer to dessert.

The testimonial for this edition was Eleonora Pedron. The first evening featured a concert by Terraross, while the second offered a show cooking by chef Valeria Raciti (winner of MasterChef Italy 8), a concert by Roy Paci & Aretuska, and a closing party with Ibiza Live Time. The edition, organized by the Pro Loco of Sarconi, was completely plastic-free.
