Edition 2025 — Sagra del Baccalà Avigliano
Avigliano's Sagra del Baccalà took place on August 23, 24, and 25, 2025, along Viale Verrastro to Piazza Gianturco. Amidst gastronomic stands featuring codfish as the star, along with cured meats, cheeses, and taralli, and local craft exhibitions, the festival revived its formula of taste, commerce, and shows.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Baccalà enlivened Avigliano on August 23, 24, and 25, as part of the Days of Commerce and Crafts. Along the route from Viale Verrastro to Piazza Gianturco, the stands offered codfish in many preparations alongside cured meats, typical cheeses, Avigliano taralli, and exhibitions of local textiles, knives, and ceramics, with shows and music in the evenings.
