Edition 2025 — Sagra dei Sügeli
In 2025, the Sagra dei Sügeli enlivened the hamlet of Verdeggia, in Triora, with the flour and water gnocchetti of the Cucina Bianca, a symbol of the pastoral tradition of the Ligurian Alps, in a remote village of the upper Argentina valley.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra dei Sügeli brought the authentic flavours of the Cucina Bianca to Verdeggia. The flour and water gnocchetti, dressed according to tradition, attracted visitors to this remote corner of the upper Argentina valley.
The sagra has reaffirmed its role as guardian of a unique gastronomic and pastoral culture, linked to the pastures of the Ligurian Alps.
