Edition 2025 — Sagra dei Pansoti
The 12th edition of the Sagra dei Pansoti alla Gaiazza took place on August 7 and 8, 2025, featuring pansoti with walnut sauce, pesto, and butter and sage in the hamlet of Ceranesi. Organized by the Parish of Santa Maria Assunta, the festival attracted visitors from the Genoese hinterland.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra dei Pansoti alla Gaiazza, the twelfth, confirmed the success of this small but cherished village festival. At the food stalls set up by the parish, pansoti – traditional Ligurian herb ravioli – were served with the classic walnut sauce and other typical dressings, while music enlivened the evenings in the hamlet of Ceranesi, in the Metropolitan City of Genoa.
