Edition 2025 — Sagra dei Legumi

In 2025, the Sagra dei Legumi once again enlivened the village of Conca Casale in August, continuing a tradition of over thirty years. Local legumes — beans, lentils, peas, chickpeas, and grass peas — were featured in traditional Molise peasant cuisine recipes, attracting hundreds of visitors to the village square.

The 2025 edition confirmed the appeal of the Sagra dei Legumi in Conca Casale (province of Isernia). Despite the village's small size, the festival attracted hundreds of visitors, drawn by the authentic flavors of local legumes and the genuine atmosphere of the village festival, organized by the Pro Loco with the involvement of the entire community.

Programme

The 2025 festival followed the traditional format: gastronomic stands with dishes based on local legumes and convivial and musical moments in the village square.

Tastings are paid for at the stands.
