Edition 2025 — Sagra dei Frescioi
In 2025 too, the Sagra dei Frescioi animated Dolceacqua with frescioi, the traditional zucchini, apple, and cod fritters, and Rossese DOC, confirming the summer event dedicated to the typical flavours of the Nervia Valley.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra dei Frescioi renewed Dolceacqua's gastronomic tradition. Among the village's narrow streets, the stalls offered freshly fried frescioi paired with Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC, in an evening of taste and conviviality.
The sagra confirmed itself as one of the most appreciated food and wine events of the summer in the village of the Nervia Valley, part of the town's busy event calendar.
