Edition 2025 — Sagra dei Cazzarieglie e Fasciuoli

Following the previous editions — the 42nd was held in 2024 — the Sagra dei Cazzarieglie e Fasciuoli returned in summer 2025 to the Medieval Village of Vastogirardi, featuring handmade pasta served with beans and pork rind, stands with typical products, and evening music, confirming its place among the most beloved gastronomic events in Alto Molise.

The festival, which reached its 42nd edition in 2024, returned in summer 2025 to the Medieval Village of Vastogirardi. The star dish, cazzarieglie e fasciuoli, is handmade fresh pasta served with beans, pork rind, and a rustic sauce, accompanied by sausage, cheeses, sweets, and wine. The evening, organized by the Pro Loco, concluded with live music, in the castle setting.

Programme

Gastronomic evening in the Medieval Village with food stalls opening around 8:30 PM: tasting of cazzarieglie e fasciuoli, sausage, dairy products, sweets, and local wine, followed by an evening concert.
