Edition 2025 — Bringoli di San Martino
In November 2025, the Sagra dei Bringoli di San Martino once again enlivened Lisciano Niccone with its autumn edition dedicated to typical Umbrian pasta. Dinners, live music, and moments of conviviality linked to the San Martino celebration attracted visitors from all over the Upper Tiber Valley, confirming a gastronomic tradition rooted in the village in the province of Perugia.
The autumn 2025 edition of the Sagra dei Bringoli di San Martino renewed in Lisciano Niccone the November appointment with the famous handmade bringoli. Seasoned with truffles, goose sauce, or fish, the bringoli were once again the stars of the evenings organized by the Pro Loco.
Between dinners, live music, and festive moments in the spirit of San Martino, the event confirmed its role as the autumn gastronomic highlight of the Upper Tiber Valley, in the province of Perugia.
