Edition 2025 — Sagra dei Barbajuai

In 2025, the Sagra dei Barbajuai celebrated in Camporosso the specialty of fried ravioli filled with pumpkin and brusso, coinciding with the feast of the Madonna Addolorata. Between the distribution of barbajuai, music, and devotion, the festival attracted numerous visitors, confirming the identity value of this dish from the tradition of western Liguria.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra dei Barbajuai brought the ritual of fried ravioli filled with pumpkin, rice, beans, and brusso to Camporosso, on the occasion of the feast of the Madonna Addolorata. At the Palatenda Bigauda, the serving of freshly fried barbajuai was the highlight of the day, accompanied by music and a festive atmosphere. The event reaffirmed the link between Camporosso and one of the most characteristic specialties of the cuisine of the Nervia Valley and the Riviera dei Fiori.
