Sagra degli Umbrichelli Fatti a Mano e Rimpatriata

The 2025 edition of the Sagra degli Umbrichelli confirmed the event's role as one of the most cherished appointments in Monteleone d'Orvieto, in the province of Terni. The stalls offered handmade umbrichelli with traditional sauces, while the Rimpatriata, active since 1965, once again brought together Monteleone emigrants in the village.

The evocative heart of the festival, on August 16th, was the historical procession with over four hundred costumed participants and the Palio del Carro contested between the Conti di Montemarte and di Marsciano, against the backdrop of the Castle Statute of 1407. Table, community, and the Middle Ages merged, as every Ferragosto, into one grand event.
