Sagra degli Gnocchi e dei Prodotti Tipici dell'Umbria

The 2025 edition of the Sagra degli Gnocchi e dei Prodotti Tipici dell'Umbria enlivened Casenuove di Ponte della Pietra (Perugia), confirming itself as one of the most beloved gastronomic events in the province. The stars were the handmade gnocchi, offered in numerous variations — from goose sauce to ragù, from norcina-style to truffle — alongside roast goose, lamb offal, and torta al testo.

The kitchen, also open indoors, and the option to order online made welcoming the many visitors from Perugia and surrounding areas smoother. Between dishes, music and entertainment accompanied the festive evenings, in true Umbrian convivial spirit.
