Sagra de Romanic 2025
The Sagra de Romanic 2025 was held on Saturday, July 19 in Ormanico, the historic center of Transacqua, a village in Primiero San Martino di Castrozza. True to the motto "Magnari e mestieri de 'na volta!", the evening combined gastronomy and farming heritage.
From 7:30 PM, the food stand offered traditional Primiero dishes — polenta, sausage, melted cheese, beans, and cabbage — along with sweets prepared in the village streets, accompanied by music from the Alpen Brüder group. From 8:30 PM, the re-enactment of ancient crafts and knowledge of the past came to life among the stone houses of the village. The event, with free admission, was organized by the Comitato Iniziative di Transacqua with the ApT of San Martino di Castrozza.
