Sagra de li Strozzapreti alla Norcina

The 22nd edition of the Sagra de li Strozzapreti alla Norcina was held from August 12 to 15, 2025, in the Cerretana hamlet of Montefortino, Province of Fermo. For 2025 too, the association Cerretana E' VITA revived the format that made this Ferragosto festival famous.

The stars of the table were the strozzapreti alla norcina, dressed with cream, sausage, and black pepper, alongside grilled meats, artisanal cured meats, cheeses, and homemade desserts, all accompanied by local wines. The evenings were enlivened by folk groups, popular dances, games, and entertainment for children, in an atmosphere of authentic conviviality amidst the hills of the Sibillini Mountains.
