Edition 2025 — Sagra d'la Panissa
The 43rd Sagra d'la Panissa took place in Caresanablot from Friday, June 6 to Sunday, June 8, 2025. Three evenings organized by the Associazione Folkloristica Caresanablottese, with the food pavilion open every evening from 7:30 PM and dance evenings from 9:30 PM. Panissa was the star, accompanied each night by a different specialty and live music from traditional Piedmontese orchestras.
43rd Sagra d'la Panissa 2025
The 43rd edition of the Sagra d'la Panissa was held in Caresanablot from June 6 to 8, 2025, with the food pavilion opening at 7:30 PM and dance evenings starting at 9:30 PM.
- Friday, June 6 — inaugural ceremony with the mayor, Piedmontese mixed fry specialty, and dancing with the Vanna Isaia orchestra.
- Saturday, June 7 — fried fish specialty and dancing with the Cristian Patarini Orchestra.
- Sunday, June 8 — grilled meat specialty, dancing with the Lillo Baroni orchestra, and the 2007 & Friends Conscripts' party.
Every evening, panissa was accompanied by salami, eggplant parmigiana, agnolotti, grilled vegetables, fries, and desserts, with an outdoor Caribbean bar and a parish charity stall.
