Edition 2025 — Sagra Agreste
The 17th edition of the Sagra Agreste
The 17th edition of the Sagra Agreste took place on August 13, 2025, in Contrada Pozze in Corsano, in the Capo di Leuca, organized by the Pro Loco Corsano with the patronage of the City of Corsano. Starting at 7:00 PM, the food stalls offered paparotta—the signature dish of which Corsano is the last remaining guardian in Puglia—alongside pittule, grilled meat, vegetables, and local products.
The evening ignited with great folk music: the band Crifiu performed on the stage set up among the olive trees, followed by Antonio Amato, a historic voice of the Notte della Taranta, who brought the most representative songs of the pizzica and Salento tradition to the stage, with the ronda and dancing continuing until late at night. Admission was free.
