Edition 2025 — Sagne a Pezzate

The 6th edition of the Sagne a Pezzate Festival took place in Furci, in the province of Chieti, on Saturday, August 9, 2025, in the village's Parish Gardens. The stars of the evening were the handmade sagne served with fresh tomato sauce, accompanied by arrosticini, porchetta, local sausage, Abruzzo red wine, and traditional desserts, all enlivened by live music in a festive village atmosphere.

The Sagne a Pezzate Festival celebrated its 6th edition in Furci (Chieti) on August 9, 2025, in the Parish Gardens. At the center of the evening were the handmade sagne, rustic tagliatelle broken into pieces and dressed with fresh tomato sauce, one of the most authentic preparations of Abruzzo peasant cuisine.

Alongside the signature dish, the stands offered arrosticini, porchetta, local sausage, Abruzzo red wine, and traditional desserts. Live music accompanied the entire evening, confirming the festival as one of the most popular summer events in the Municipality of Furci and the Vastese hinterland.
