Safari Night 2025 at the Bioparco in Rome

In summer 2025, Safari Night events were held at the Bioparco of Rome, in Villa Borghese, every Friday from June 27 to July 25. Each evening featured five guided tour slots (duration approx. 1h30, limited groups, maximum 35 participants per slot).

Tour times were set at 9:15 PM, 9:35 PM, 9:55 PM, 10:15 PM, and 10:35 PM on the evenings of June 27, July 4, and July 11, and at 9:00 PM, 9:20 PM, 9:40 PM, 10:00 PM, and 10:20 PM on July 18 and 25. Tickets cost €15.00 per person, with free admission for children under one meter in height and mandatory online booking.

Accompanied by guides, visitors observed the park's animals — giraffes, rhinos, zebras, lemurs, big cats, penguins, and elephants — amidst soft lights and unexpected sounds. Before each safari, near the entrance, a face-to-face encounter with reptiles and invertebrates was held by the reptile house keepers.
